Job Code: Program: Hillcrest House

Reports To: KATS Director

​

The staff  will take part in youth assessments, case management, individual and group interactive learning and skill building . Staff will assist youth with returning home or developing  a plan to obtain safe stable housing, finding employment, educational opportunities is, and resources which may include medical, dental, and substance and/or mental health counseling.

 

Responsible for directing the daily operations of Hillcrest House. Predominant duties include but are not limited to staff recruitment and supervision, fiscal management, outreach oversight, clinical programming, planning, regulatory compliance and survey readiness, community partner relations, and youth satisfaction.
